Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled within 2 business once placed, while dispatching occurs only in business hours. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. Once orders are dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their order status.

For International orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout. All additional duties or taxes that are applicable to an order are to be incurred by the receiver.

At this time, we do not ship to all the other countries, however, if you do wish to receive our products, 'contact us' and we can arrange for shipping to your country of destination moving forward. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TAOG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our 'contact us' form on our page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are able to accommodate and ship to PO Boxes with the courier partners we have in place so there is no need to worry.
